Birth Trauma Processing.

You often hear, “the best plan for birth is to plan for the unexpected.” That doesn’t begin to encompass how unpredictable birth can be. You might be feeling disappointed, guilty or shocked by your birth. Everyone around you might brush it off, focusing on your new baby. Therapy is a space for you to be seen. C-Section Support
Being a 2x c-section mom myself, I have a special interest in helping new parents with c-section birth. Whether your c-section was planned or an emergency, you may be dealing with a unique blend of emotions. Feelings like grief, frustration, or even guilt can arise if the experience didn’t go as you hoped.

Grief & Loss Support.

Grieving a loss, whether of a loved one, a life change, or an unmet expectation, can feel devastating. Sometimes it feels like you’re seeing the world in a different color than everyone else. It might feel like those around you might be awkward, want you to move on or might just ignore your loss. Our time together will be a space for you to be seen, supported and grieve in the way you need.

Disenfranchised Grief
So many losses in life are disregarded by society. Experiences like abortions, pet death, relationship ending, traumatic birth, and many more. Therapy can be a space for these losses to have the space they deserve.

After Abortion Support

Processing an abortion is deeply personal, and it can bring up a range of emotions that vary from relief to grief. I offer post-abortion support and counseling in a safe, empathetic space where you can explore your feelings without judgment. Whether you're seeking clarity, peace, or empowerment, I’m here to help you navigate your unique journey with understanding and compassion.

Whether your abortion experience was a termination for medical reasons (TFMR), was an easy choice that came with big emotions, or was stigmatized and difficult due to abortion restrictions, I am here for you. Perinatal Mental Health Counseling.

The journey of pregnancy and early parenthood is full of highs and lows. “The happiest time of your life” often isn’t that. You are adjusting to taking care of a whole new person! along with that, your body has major hormonal shifts. If you’re experiencing pregnancy or postpartum depression, anxiety, or other emotional challenges during pregnancy or postpartum, it’s easy to feel alone.

Common issues are postpartum depression, postpartum anxiety and birth trauma.

Emotional Support During Infertility

Struggling in your fertility journey can feel isolating and emotionally challenging. There are endless triggers of pregnancy people, babies and “happy” families everywhere. It can be taxing on your body, your emotions and your relationships. Feelings of sadness, anger, and grief are natural when facing unexpected hurdles on the path to parenthood.

Therapeutic support during this time can help you process these feelings, build resilience, and find hope. Together, we’ll create strategies to support you emotionally through your fertility journey, giving you tools to navigate this experience with compassion and strength.
